Both my husband and I have been with the surgery for many years and have always been happy with the service given by Doctors and staff. Must admit the only way to ensure a 'that day' appointment is to be on the doorstep at 8.30am. Quite concerned that three doctors have left within the space of a month and sadly two were who we saw and knew us inside out. We now have to try and gel with a new doctor.

It is very difficult in phoning for an appointment, by about 09:00hrs an automated voice advises that ALL appointments have gone for the day. The team are working under tremendous pressure in a building that is too small. It is worrying when so many well liked staff leave in a very short period, it makes us wonder what is wrong, if anything. We have found that if "just cause" we are always able to get an urgent appointment on the day. The staff list on the web site is incorrect, I am advised there are now 3 part time female doctors and 1 part time male locum doctor. It is impossible to get an appointment with the same doctor treating a particular ailment, we have to accept an appointment with whoever is available, that could include a registrar. All the staff (except one) at the surgery do try and give 100%, are very polite and very helpful. Perhaps a larger premises, more facilities and combined surgeries with access to more doctors would be the answer for the areas covered by the 2 surgeries in Coxheath. We have been with surgery for approx 40+ years, they have looked after us to the best of there abilities in an out of date surgery. Thanks to EVERYONE at the surgery.

My son requires regular blood tests following heart surgery and the nurses have been absolutely fantastic. Yvonne and Anne have been particularly helpful - happy, friendly and offering great advice. Nothing seems to be too much of a problem for them. My son and I really appreciate the care that we have received.

Without the total care provided by this surgery, our family would still not be able to understand the medical conditions of our parents. They have gone way beyond the call of duty to look after both our parents in a very difficult situation since we are 3,000 miles away. We are relieved that this team - from the Medical Secretary right through to the Doctors are just fantastic people. We have now have the complete information and are updated as to what is going on with our parents due to their efforts to have our parents sign a consent form to share medical information. Many thanks to these people which brought a ton of relief to the family on this side of the ocean - without them we likely would have jumped on a plane which now is not required. Many Thanks
